Order Processing (Control Time)

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (does not include weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Delivery time varies depending on your location.

Delivery budget is 4–20 business days.

Please take note:

  • The accurate delivery time for your location will be displayed during payment (checkout).
  • Stuck may occur due to customs matters, courier parties, or peak season.

Delivery Coverage

We ship to all over Malaysia and to several selected international destinations. Availability and delivery time will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is submitted, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the shipment in real time.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

All prices on nutricity.my include applicable customs and import duties if necessary. In most cases, no additional charges will be incurred during delivery.

Damaged Package, Lost or Incomplete

If your order arrives damaged, lost during shipping, or incomplete, we are ready to help:

  • Item Rosak: Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a clear image of the product and packaging.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking is not updated or the order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
  • Item Lost: Report missing items within 48 hours after receiving the order.

After verification, we will offer free replacement or reshipment without additional cost.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address information. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to guarantee delivery or a replacement.
