Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period

Orders can be cancelled within the period 24 hours after it has been made.

To request a cancellation, please contact Customer Service Team We use the information below during this period.

If a cancellation request is received within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, we will process full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellation After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, the order is usually processed and prepared for shipment.

If you wish to cancel an order after this period, the cancellation may not be possible.

In this case, you can reject delivery as soon as it arrives.

After the rejected package was returned to us in its original condition, we will process the refund for product price only, does not include delivery charges.

Important Note

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Delivery charges should not be returned for orders that are cancelled after a period of 24 hours or for deliveries that are rejected.
If the item is returned not in the original state, payment storage space may be imposed.
