Gently normalises bowel movements, without causing urgency Suitable for long-term use ADULTS: Chew 1-2 tablets per day, no water necessary, directly before food. May be increased to 4 tablets per day as required. Suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. CHILDREN: Suitable for children 9 years of age and above.
