To use, adults and children 12+ take 30-60mL, children 6-11 take 15-30mL. Ask a doctor for children under 6 years old. For accurate dosing, only use dosing cup provided. Dose may be taken once a day preferably at bedtime, in divided doses, or as directed by a doctor. Drink a full glass (8oz) of liquid with each dose. Ask a doctor if you need to use a laxative for more than 1 week. Constipation, or irregularity, is a condition in which stools pass more slowly than usual through the bowels (intestines), occurring when too much water is removed from the stools, becoming hardened.
